WLMS Models may collect account details, contact information, measurements, portfolio images and videos, digitals, documents, availability, messages, scouting submissions, agency placement details, and usage activity needed to operate WLMS OS and WLMS Models services.
We use information to create and secure accounts, manage model profiles, review portfolio and scouting materials, coordinate agency submissions, support bookings, send notices, operate connected inbox and media tools, and improve internal WLMS workflows.
Model information is available only to authorised WLMS admins, assigned bookers, approved internal staff, and selected agency or client contacts when WLMS prepares legitimate placement, casting, or booking communications.
Uploaded media and documents are used for model management, portfolio review, digitals review, travel or availability support, submissions, and booking administration. Sensitive documents should only be uploaded when required for WLMS management purposes.
Admins or bookers may connect approved services such as email, Instagram, or Google Drive. WLMS uses those connections only to provide requested app features, such as inbox sync, social feed display, media access, and direct email sending.
WLMS uses role-based access controls, account authentication, secure token handling where supported, and operational safeguards to limit access to personal and agency information.
Users may request profile corrections, account support, data access, disconnection of integrations, or deletion review by contacting WLMS Models.
